Nancy has experience in acquiring and enforcing patents, trademarks, copyrights and domain names in the United States and around the world. She has counseled numerous clients regarding their intellectual property needs and transactions. 

Nancy is also an inventor.  While working at UOP, Inc., Nancy became a named co-inventor on two U.S. patents - U.S. Patent No. 4529828 and U.S. Patent No. 4636483.

Her degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and Juris Doctor degree from the University of School of Law were both earned with highest honors.  She has taught a class in Patent Law at the University of Miami School of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law since 2000. Nancy is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office
